This page explains, in plain language, how Asthra AI Labs handles information related to the public website. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we collect

This website does not host a contact form that stores enquiries in our systems. If you email us, or message us on LinkedIn or GitHub, that conversation is handled by those services under their own terms. We may also receive standard technical logs from our host (for example request paths and approximate timing) needed to run the site securely.

Why we collect it

Hosting and analytics data is used to operate, secure and improve the website. Direct messages are used only to respond to enquiries. We do not run a marketing subscription list from this site.

Third-party processors

• Hosting / analytics: Vercel (site hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights where enabled)
• Email: Your email provider (when you write to asthralabs.ai@gmail.com)
• Social platforms: LinkedIn and GitHub when you choose to contact us there

Retention

Email and social messages are retained as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the request, and for ordinary business records. Questions about message retention can be sent to asthralabs.ai@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

We aim to keep analytics minimal. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may collect aggregated usage and performance data. We do not sell personal data.
